SIM Replacement

Step 01

Please visit your nearest Tata Docomo Select Partner Store (click here for locating your nearest SELECT PARTNER Store) with a valid photo ID proof.

Step 02

  • Your SELECT PARTNER store will verify the ID & ask you to fill out the SIM replacement form (SRF).
  • New SIM will be issued to you immediately by the SELECT PARTNER. One time Replacement charges shall be applicable.
  • Your new SIM shall be activated within a maximum of 3-4 working days.
Prepaid to Postpaid Switch

Step 01

Please visit your nearest Tata Docomo Select Partner Store (click here for locating your nearest SELECT PARTNER) with a valid photo ID, address proof and a passport size photo.

Step 02

Your SELECT PARTNER store will verify the documents & ask you to fill out the Postpaid Customer Application Form.

Step 03

  • Please select the bill plan you like. Choose from the exciting range of plans here
  • Your new SIM will be issued to you immediately by the store.
  • Any available balance amount will be adjusted in your first monthly bill.
  • Your new SIM shall get activated within 3-4 working days.
Billing Address Change

Step 01

Please visit your nearest Tata Docomo Select Partner store (click here for locating your nearest SELECT PARTNER) with a valid photo ID and new address proof.

Step 02

  • Your SELECT PARTNER will verify documents & ask you to fill the Address Change Form.
  • The new address changes shall be updated in 7 working days basis document approval, post which, it will reflect in your bill statement.
  • There will not be any tele-verification call for this.
New SIM Activation – eKYC

Step 01

Please visit your nearest Tata Docomo Select Partner store (click here for locating your nearest SELECT PARTNER) with your Aadhaar Number.

Step 02

  • Your SELECT PARTNER shall take your biometric impression for validation.
  • Post validation, your new SIM will be handed over to you and activation will happen immediately.
  • No need to share any physical documents in this case.
