Q1.What is the reason behind this change?
Ans:This change is due to renumbering of our IP series & network re-design enabling us to serve you better.

Q2.What will be the key changes to my account?
Ans:-While our representative will call you soon, to explain this in detail, below is the brief description on the changes to your account:

  • Billing for your account will now be managed by Tata Teleservices Limited and therefore the monthly invoices will be generated by Tata Teleservices Limited, July’17 onwards
  • The login ID for your account will hereafter be your 9 digit account number, which would be available on the Bills
  • The existing static IP will change to a new static IP

Q3.Do I have to complete any documentation as a part of this change?
Ans:-The Customer Agreement Form, previously filled in by you would be considered valid and hence no further documents are required. In case we need anything more we will contact you for the same.

Q4.Is there any change to my broadband plan?
Ans:-The change is for better, with this change you will experience enhanced speed/data limit.

Q5.I have an email address given as a part of this product, will there be any changes to this email ID?
Ans:-The email space will be upgraded to 2GB (as compared to the existing 50MB) at a nominal cost of Rs 599 + taxes per annum (approximately Rs 50 per month).

Q6.I have a static IP given as part of this product; will there be any changes to this static IP?
Ans:-Yes, the Static IP will change, but the terms associated with its usage would remain the same.
