Buying an internet pack is very simple and you can choose from multiple options:

- On my Tata Docomo App
- Simply Dial *141# for Prepay and *189# for postpaid
Do I need a separate handset to use 3G services?
Yes, in order to use 3G services you need to have a handset which is compatible with 3G network, in case you handset is already 3G compatible then you don’t need to purchase a new phone. Different 3G handsets have different speed capabilities, we recommend that you use an HSPA (High Speed Packet Access) enabled handset for the best experience.
Do I need to configure any special settings on my phone to use 3G?
Select 3G mode or Dual mode (Depends on device) to use 3G services on your phone. No other changes to be made in settings for using 3G services.
My Smartphone keeps asking me to update the Apps & Softwares every now & then. How does this affect my Mobile Internet Usage?
To be updated, any software or app update would use your Mobile Internet. If you have a Mobile Internet plan/ pack, the usage would be consumed from there. Otherwise it gets billed to you at 10p/10KB. Do remember that most Smartphones have an option of “Update Apps on Wi-Fi”. You may choose this option to reduce your Internet usage by Apps.
What should I do if I have a dual SIM phone to get the best mobile internet experience?
In case you use a dual SIM phone, insert your Tata Docomo SIM card into the slot marked SIM Card 1. Then go to "Settings" and select "SIM 1" for internet services.
What are the internet roaming charges on National Roaming?
If you are latched on to the Tata Docomo network on 2G/3G, you will be charged at home circle rates or from your internet pack. If you are latched on to the Non Tata Docomo network, you will be charged 10p/10KB and Data Pack benefits will not be applicable.
What happens if I consume all my free usage and I am still left with validity?
After the consumption of the free day & night usage of the packs, you will be charged with a rate of 10p/10KB.
What will happen if I recharge with two Data packs on the same day?
If you recharge with two Data packs the same day, then the data benefit of the existing Data pack will be forfeited and the data benefit of the latest/current pack will apply.
