How do I Download My Tata Docomo App?
How do I change/modify my account details?
All you need to do is simply visit any of our Tata Docomo Stores.
Fill in a Service Request Form, along with your latest Proof Of Address (POA) and Proof Of Identity (POI). On submission of correct and complete documents, your address will be changed.
You will receive your latest bill at the new address if the address change request with complete documents has been submitted well in advance.Do carry originals for verification purpose. To know acceptable POA/POI click here
How do I update my Date of Birth?
Submit your Proof of Identity (POI) showing the Date of Birth, on receipt of correct documents this shall be rectified within 30 mins. For list of acceptable POI documents, click here
How do I update/change my alternate number?
You can visit any of our brand stores for the same.You can also update it using the my Tata Docomo app.
How do Activate DND on my number?

SMS START or Dial 1909 (tollfree)
For fully blocked category SMS START 0 to 1909 (tollfree). For partially blocked category SMS START with one or multiple options from the list of seven categories.(There are at present 7 preferences to choose from- Banking/Insurance/Financial Products/Credit Cards-1, Real Estate-2, Education-3, Health-4, Consumer goods and automobiles-5, Communication/Broadcasting/Entertainment/IT-6, Tourism-7)
How can I change the SIM / What do I do if I have lost the SIM?
Please visit nearest Tata Docomo store with a copy of your Proof of Identity for SIM Change. You can collect replacement of SIM card at your nearest Tata Docomo Store by submitting the damaged SIM along with a copy of photo id proof.
In case of loss of SIM. You are required to visit the nearest Tata Docomo Store and submit FIR/Missing report along with a copy of their identity proof. Bring an original photo ID proof with you when visiting a store to collect your replacement SIM card.

How do I get my PUK number?
In case your SIM card is blocked, you will need to enter your PUK code to unblock the SIM Card
Unblock your SIM with your PUK - The PUK code is a number unique to your SIM card. It is used to prevent unauthorized use of your account, and keep your SIM details safe. You’ll be asked for your PUK if your PIN code is entered incorrectly 3 times.
If you don’t have your PUK code, you can get it by dialling 121.
Important information: You’ve got 10 attempts to enter the correct PUK, so be careful. After that, your SIM will NOT work, you will need to get a replacement.
What do I do if I have a faulty or damaged sim?
Please visit nearest Tata Docomo store with your faulty/damaged sim card for a SIM change.
What do I do if I have lost my phone?
We are sorry about the loss of your mobile phone. We advise you to call our hotline 1860 266 55551860 266 5555 FREE immediately to report the loss. The mobile connection will be temporarily disconnected to prevent unauthorized calls. Alternatively, you may also visit our Brand store to report the loss of your mobile phone.
