'ROLLOVER', is a unique tariff plan for Enterprise customers where you pay by the month and enjoy the free calling benefit and SMS for period of 3 months

ROLLOVER is a new paradigm in the telecom industry where the month gets extended to a quarter (90 days). Under the ROLLOVER plan, you will now be able to carry forward unused free talk-time and SMSs for a period of 3 months.

The ROLLOVER is available in four variants as below.

The Key Benefits of the ROLLOVER plan are

Under the Roll Over Concept, the unused FREE Talk-Time and SMS available at the end of the month are carried forward to the next month unlike in normal tariff plans where they lapse at the end of the month.

Scenario 1

Customer subscribing to RO 1000 gets 180000 local seconds free per month.
Out of the 180000 local seconds, the customer utilizes 120000 local sec's in the first month. The remaining 60000 local secs will be rolled over to next month (2nd month).
At the start of the 2nd month, the customer will be credited with 240000 local seconds (60000 secs of month1 and 180000 of the 2nd month).
Now in the 2nd month customer utilizes 120000 Local secs. The remaining 120000 (240000 minus 120000) local secs will be rolled over to 3rd month.
At the start of the 3rd month, the customer will be credited with 300000 local seconds (120000 secs of 2nd month and 180000 of the 3rd month).
In 3rd month customer utilizes 420000 secs. He will be charged for the excess usage of 120000 (420000 minus 300000) secs @ the defined rate of 1ps/2sec in case of RO 1000.
At the start of the 4th month the customer will not carry forward any free seconds as the counter will be reset and hence for the 4th month, the available free local seconds will be 180000.

Scenario 2

Customer subscribing to RO 500 gets 72000 local seconds free per month.
Out of the 72000 local seconds, the customer utilizes 60000 local secs in the first month. The remaining 12000 local secs will be rolled over to next month (2nd month).
At the start of the 2nd month, the customer will be credited with 84000 local seconds (12000 secs of month1 and 72000 of the 2nd month).
Now in the 2nd month customer utilizes 60000 Local secs. The remaining 24000 (84000 minus 60000) local secs will be rolled over to 3rd month.
At the start of the 3rd month, the customer will be credited with 96000 local seconds (24000 secs of 2nd month and 72000 of the 3rd month).
In the 3rd month customer utilizes 50000 secs.
Now, even though there are 46000 unused local seconds at the end of the 3rd month, they will not get carried forward to the 4th month as the counter is reset after every 3 months. The customer will be credited with 72000 secs at the start of 4th month.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. If the customer is acquired in between a bill cycle then how does the ROLLOVER work?

The ROLLOVER is for 3 Bill Cycles, so if a customer comes on board on the 15th of the month, he will technically get the benefit for two and a half month. From the next bill cycle he will get the benefit for 3 full bill cycles.

Q. Is the ROLLOVER valid for the SMS also?

The ROLLOVER is valid for the SMS also. It will follow the above policy of 3 bill cycle.

Q. Is the free usage applicable on any network?

The FREE usage is applicable on all local calls to any network including fixed line.

Q. What are the roaming rates when a customer roams on a Non Tata DOCOMO Network?

The customer will be charged Rs. 1 for Incoming and Outgoing Local calls and Rs. 1.5 for Outgoing STD calls.

Q. Can the accumulated free usage be carry forwarded to the 4th month?

No, the accumulated free usage can not be rolled over beyond 3 months. The ROLLOVER is valid only for every 3 bill cycle. At the start of the 4th bill cycle the Free usage counter will be reset to the available free usage of the plan.

Q. The FREE usage is in seconds or in minutes?

The free usage is available in seconds.

Terms & Conditions

All SMS rates are for person to person SMS's
For new customers the plan will be effective from date of activation
Plan is applicable for new and existing enterprise customers of Tata DOCOMO
Plan change will not get effected in case the number is suspended at the time of plan change and will happen with effect from the next billing cycle.
Service Tax as applicable will be charged.
The ROLLOVER plans will be available only for use of individual handheld devices and can not be subscribed on GSM Gateway.
The ROLLOVER plans are meant for personal usage and should not be availed for commercial purposes. If so found, TTSL reserves the right to terminate service of the ROLLOVER plan and transfer the customer to an appropriate plan.
Tariff Plan is available in all Tata DOCOMO circles except Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra and Goa.
Once subscribed, the plan will continue till the customer life cycle on network
The ROLLOVER on free usage and free SMS is valid till 24 months from the date of activation
No add on pack will be permitted on the ROLLOVER tariff plans
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of that particular circle headquarter only.
TTSL reserves the right to change any plan, scheme and tariff offered to the customer at any time with reasonable notice and without incurring any liability.
