Not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Call Center?
Please feel free to write your grievance to the Appellate Authority during working
hours 9.30 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday excluding National & Regional Holidays.
The Appellate Authority shall respond to you within 3 days of receiving your complaint and complaint will be resolved within 39 days from the date of filing written appeals with the Appellate Authority.
Please note that as per Complaint Redressal Regulation directive from TRAI, Nodal desk has been discontinued
w.e.f. 1st May '12.
However, you can reach us with your concerns by calling our Customer care number
121 or by mailing the details to email@example.com. Tata DOCOMO Photon customers can
call us at 1800-266-121. Your complaint will be registered and
a docket number will be issued to you.
In an unlikely event of your complaint remaining un-addressed or if you are not
satisfied with the resolution provided, you may register the complaint in writing
with our Appellate Authority with docket number via email, letter or fax.
