This document discusses in detail about Tata DOCOMO Endless Music which is also called Music On demand service:
Q. How can a subscriber subscribe to the service?
A. The subscriber can call in Short code
59090.
Subscription Model: In this model, a Subscriber can subscribe to the service either through OBD or Tele calling and after subscribing to the service can use the service and enjoy his/her unlimited music as per the fair usage policy, download unlimited Call Me Tunes and ringtones.
Call Me Tunes subscription/rental will be charged basis on his consent to migrate or download the song
Q. How can I activate the service?
A. There are two ways of Subscribing to the said service.
- Calling 59090: Which is Toll-free
- Through SMS: A user has to SMS: START ENDLESSMUSIC to 155223 for activating the service.
- Through OBD/Tele calling.
As per the TRAI guidelines these are Toll free Numbers and a subscriber is not charged anything for activating the service. Only required subscription charges are charged to the user for which the subscriber has asked for activating.
Q. What are the subscription charges for this service?
A. A user would be charged Rs. 2 per day to use this service as per his/her discretion. After a subscriber has been charged the chosen amount, he/she can use this service accordingly.
Call Me Tunes subscription/rental will be charged basis on his consent to migrate or download the song.
Q. What happens, if I consume free minutes of Music before XX days?
A. There is no logic of free minutes on this service. The subscriber can listen to UNLIMITED music for the given number of days as per the chosen plan
Q. How to activate the Call Me Tunes service?
A. Subscriber just needs to press Star (*) Key while listening to his favorite song. First the status of customer will be checked to find out the current plan of customer.
Now if the subscriber is active on Rs. 30/15 pack then he will asked whether to migrate his plan @ Re. 1/day or wanted to changes his song only.
If the subscriber is active on any other Call me tune pack, he would be migrated @ Rs. 1/day pack with his consent
If the subscriber of Endless Music is not an active subscriber of Call Me Tunes then he will be informed about the same and request to give the consent to activate his subscription on Call Me Tunes.
Q. How to de-activate the service?
A. User can deactivate the service by dialing 59090 and unsubscribe from the account manager.
An active subscriber of Endless Music subscribes Call Me Tunes from Endless Music and he opts to unsubscribe Endless Music then he will be unsubscribed from Call Me Tunes also
Endless Music subscriber gives consent to migrate from his current Call Me Tunes subscription to Eat All you can @ Re. 1 from Endless music and he opts to unsubscribe from Endless Music then he will be unsubscribed from Call Me Tune also.
If the customer doesn’t want to change his Call Me Tune Subscription and he only opts to download song with his current plan and he opts to unsubscribe from Endless Music then he will not be unsubscribed from Call Me Tunes.

Q. How would I know that I have subscribed to the service?
A. As soon a Subscriber subscribes to the service and on successful charging an SMS would be pushed to user informing him about the charging and the required number to be called up for using this service which is
59090.
Q. How would I know that new songs have been added in the service?
A. Subscribed user on a regular basis would be informed about the new songs or content as added in the service by means of promotions through SMS/OBD. If a subscriber on a regular basis is using the service would come to know about the same.
Q. How would I know about the promotional schemes, if any, is there under this service?
A. Subscribed user of this service would be on a regular basis would be updated upon the promotional offers under this service through means of SMS/OBD’s.
Q. What are service features?
A.Features of Tata DoCoMo Endless Music are mentioned as under;
Special Zone: Depending upon the User’s choice of language, Endless Music application would play the categories with Special Zone under as a special feature under each language selection.
Channel: After Special Zone there are four commonly heard channels as per different circles.
Other Categories: Categories not embarked upon in Special Zone & Channels are grouped in other categories and user can access them at any point of time.
Call Me Tunes: User can download unlimited Call Me Tunes any point of time while listening the song. Call Me Tunes can be downloaded by pressing “*”. User just has to pay Subscription charges.

Type of Downloads
Once a customer subscribes the portal he can download Mono, Poly and True tones of the content available. Types of Download will only be applicable as per the availability of content, Mono tone content is compatible with Nokia Handsets.
How to download
An active subscriber of Endless Music needs to have an active GPRS connection then only he can download the different content types.
Q.Will service works on Roaming?
A. Endless Music will not work on Roaming.
