* BB 299, BB 899 and BB 895 are supplementary services over and above your voice service. They can only be activated on an active Tata DOCOMO mobile no.
* In the BB 299 plan internet access is restricted. In order to access internet services we request you to migrate to the BB 899 plan.
* The BB 895 plan is intended for use by Enterprise customers only.
* The monthly rental and corresponding discounts will be effective from the day of activation.
* The product is available to Tata DOCOMO post-paid customers in select circles.
* Tariff is subject to change as per TRAI regulation.
* Service tax as applicable and any other applicable Government levies will be charged extra.
* BlackBerry data only tariff plans cannot be sold as standalone plans.
* If you are using any one of our partner networks while roaming nationally then your data usage through the BlackBerry Browser (which includes Instant Messaging, access to configured mails on the device and social networking through Facebook or MySpace icons on the Device ) is free on the DO 899 and DO 299 BlackBerry Data Plans.. Only usage of the Dive-In Portal (WAP Portal) and Internet Browsing (either as a tethered modem or through any other browser other than the BlackBerry Browser) will be charged at the rate of 10 paise / 10 KB
* While roaming if you are using the Tata DOCOMO network then your Data Usage is free on the DO 899 and DO 299 BlackBerry Data Plans.
* Tata Teleservices Ltd (TTSL) reserves the right to withdraw, change, alter and modify the offer and whatsoever offer hereunder any time with or without notice, on Regulatory reasons and/or any other reasons without any liability to the customer.
