How to deactivate BlackBerry services on Prepay
- To deactivate BlackBerry service on your BlackBerry handset, SMS UNSUB BB <packname> to 121
- E.g. to deactivate Tata DOCOMO MaiLite (Rs.85) pack, type UNSUB BB 85 and send the SMS to 121
- Deactivation facility is not available in the case of daily plans as the service is automatically unsubscribed after expiry of 1 day validity.

Note: In case of deactivation before expiry of validity of the pack, no refund will be made.
How to migrate between BlackBerry services on Prepay
- To migrate from Plan X to Plan Y before the expiry of validity of Pack X, SMS SUB BB <Y> to 121
- E.g. in case Tata DOCOMO MaiLite (Rs.85) pack is already activated on your BlackBerry handset and within 7 days of this activation, you wish to move to BlackBerry Internet Service (Rs.100) pack, type SUB BB 100 and send the SMS to 121.
- Note: In case of migration from one pack to another, no refund or adjustment will be made. Rental applicable for destination plan will be deducted from the account balance.
