A.Video SMS is similar to the Voice SMS service, this service is initiated by calling party. If calling Party A do not want to call B Party directly, she/he can send a Video SMS by making a video call to * followed by recipient’s MSISDN. No, there is no subscription required for sending Video SMS.

A. To send a Video SMS, dial * <Recipient Phone Number>.
To retrieve a New Video SMS, dial 5333350. Access Charge of 5p/sec apply.
To retrieve an old Video SMS, dial 5333351. Access Charge of 5p/sec apply.

Q. How to retrieve video message?

A. Once you get a notification about a new Video SMS. Just make a video call to 5333350 and retrieve the video message. You can also retrieve old messages by making a video call to 5333351.

A. The maximum duration of the Video Message can be 30 seconds.
