Step 2: Press Options
Step 3: Select Video Call from Call Options
Step 4: Video Call Placed
Step 5: Retrieve new mail using DTMF
Step 6: Video Mail Plays

A. Video Mail service lets your friends & family reach out to you even when you are out of coverage, busy in a meeting or have your phone switched off. It functions just like regular voice messages, only better. To subscribe send ACT VIDEOMAIL to 121.

Q. What are the subscription charges?

A. Video Mail service is free of any subscription charge. You will have to pay for the retrieval of Video Mails.

Q. How to retrieve Video Mail?

A. To retrieve Video Mails please make a video call to 5333333 and use DTMF inputs to view new mails. After retrieving the new Video Mails you can then select the option to save, delete or view the detail information of the video message, which includes calling number, the deposited date and time of new message.

Q. How to Retrieve Video message from any terminal?

A. This feature is currently not available and will be made available soon.
