A. You need to have a 3G Hand phone or device, with a Camera on the front side

A. There are no packs for Video Calling, you will be charged from your common pool for the video calls.
Q. Can I make video calls using my dongle?
A. Dongle allows you to connect to the internet. If your Laptop/ Desktop has a web camera installed, you can connect to the services like Yahoo / Windows Live, etc which support Video Chatting over internet.
Note: This service is different from Video Calling.

Q. What will be call charges for video call?
A. Video calls are charged at 5p/sec for outgoing and 5p/sec for incoming while roaming.
Q. What will happen if I am subscriber of Tata DOCOMO 3G and am Video Calling to someone who is on Tata DOCOMO 3G?
A. Enter the number to be called and press options to make a Video Call. Select Video Call option. Video Call will get Initiated and Video of the person you are calling appears on the screen.
Q. What will happen if I am subscriber of Tata DOCOMO 3G and am Video Calling to someone who is on Tata DOCOMO 2G?
A. Enter the number to be called and press options to make a Video Call. Select Video Call option. Video Call will get Initiated, post which an error message displays on screen. Call will get disconnected and end.
Q. What will happen if I am subscriber of Tata DOCOMO 2G and am Video Calling to someone who is on Tata DOCOMO 2G?
A. Enter the number to be called and press options to make a Video Call. Select Video Call option. Error message displays - "Video Call not supported by Network". Call will get disconnected.
Q. What will happen if I am subscriber of Tata DOCOMO 3G and am Video Calling to someone who is a 3G/2G subscriber of some other service provider?
A. Enter the number to be called and press options to make a Video Call. Select Video Call option. Error message displays - "Video Call not supported by Network". Call will get disconnected.
