Q. How do I make a video call?
A. After typing the Mobile number press options-> Call->Voice call and video call. Select the video call option.
Q. What handsets are required to access Live Prayer?
A. To access Live Prayer, the handset has to be a 3G handset and should also be Video Call enabled.
Q. How much is the subscription fee to access Live Prayer?

Q. Can I access unlimited Live Prayer if I subscribed to the packs?
A. No. The user could access Live Prayer only for the allocated minutes for the respective packs.
Q. Do I need to re-subscribe if I exhausts the allocated minutes of the subscribed pack?
A. Yes.
Q. How can I re-subscribe?
A. The subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the validity period. However if you have spent all your assigned minutes before that, then you will be prompted about resubscription through the Live Prayer portal and will just need to confirm by pressing the relevant key on your phone.
Q. Can Prepaid Customers access Live Prayer?
A. Yes.
Q. Are there any additional data consumption charges?
A. No.
Q. When can I access Live Prayer?
A. Live Prayer is accessible during the temple/shrine opening to closing hours only and please notes that the timing shall vary according to the respective shrines.
Q. In what cities can I access Live Prayer?
A. The user shall be able to access Live Prayer in cities where Tata Docomo is offering 3G network area.
Q. Can i access Prayer while on roaming?
A. Only while roaming in Tata DOCOMO 3G networks only.
Q. Are there any STD charges to make this call?
A. No.
Q. What if I have a 3G handset but I am unable to make a Video call to access Live Prayer?
A. In this case, the user has to check if he/she is active for 3G.
Q. What is I have subscribed for TATA Docomo 3G services and also have the 3G handset but still unable to make a video call to access Live Prayer?
A. In that case, the user has to check if he/she is in the 3G zone. To confirm the 3G network, simply look for the 3G icon on top of the Mobile screen next to the network bar.
Q. Can i access Prayer on my existing 2G/2.5G network?
A. No.
Q. Can I access Live Prayer on my existing 2G / 2.5 G network?
A. No.
Q. Can I forward the video / share the video on email / SNS?
A. This particular feature is not supported currently.
Q. What is the browsing speed of IVVR?
A. There is no such term called browsing speed in IVVR. It’s a constant 64kpbs dedicated bandwidth which is used to make Video Calls.
Q. What should I do if while browsing, the picture of IVVR is not clear?
A. Wait for a few secs and retry again.
Q. How do I know if I am in 3G network or not?
A. 3G icon will be illuminated on the handset screen next to network bars.
Q. Can I receive / attend call waiting while accessing IVVR. Will IVVR get paused or I will have to start all over again. - Anyone else will not be able to make you a call when you are using any IVVR services?
