Auto Payment (Standing Instructions)

Pay automatically through Standing Instructions (Bank Account)

Set up a Standing Instruction on your Bank Account or  Credit Card to pay your TATA DOCOMO Bill

Each month your bill will be paid automatically by debit  to your bank / card account

You will receive payment confirmation through SMS.

To avail the Auto Pay facility:

1. You need to Register for the service and set up the Standing Instruction on your bank account / credit card
2. You can register for the service through any of the following options:
• Download the form, print, complete and return it as indicated on the form; or
• You can also pick up the form at any TEC points, complete and return it as indicated on the form.
3. On receipt of your duly completed & verified form, customer Auto Debit facility will be activated within 10 working days in the case of ECS (Bank Account) & 3 working days in the case of SI (Card Account)

Note: You need to get the ECS (Bank Account) mandate form duly verified by the Banker
