	Electronic Clearing Service : On Bank Account	Please complete the Tata DOCOMO AutoDebit Mandate (ECS Registration) form with all your banking details & attach one cancelled cheque duly attested by the bank and deposit the AutoDebit Mandate (ECS Registration) at Tata DOCOMO Dive-In Store or TTSL Office. Pay through your mobile

You can make your postpaid bill payments on your mobile. All you need is your credit card [Master/ Visa/ Diners/ AMEX]. Please follow the process below:

RBI has mandated the use of One Time Password (OTP) for all mobile transactions. In order to get the OTP from your bank, you need to register your Tata Docomo mobile number with your credit card issuing bank. To know more on how to generate the OTP in order to transact using your mobile, please check with your card issuing bank.

Go to the Dive-In menu of your mobile.
Click on Postpaid Bill Payments.
Enter the Relationship Number & then click on SUBMIT.
Enter the amount you wish to pay & then click on PAY.
Enter credit card no. expiry date, CVV number & OTP.
Once the transaction is processed, a success/ failure page is displayed on your screen. On successful payment, you will receive a Transaction ID number that is an acknowledgement for your payment request.

mChek

mChek – Pay By CREDIT / DEBIT CARD

mChek is a safe new way to make payments using your Tata DOCOMO mobile phone.

RBI has mandated the use of One Time Password (OTP) for all mobile transactions. Go to ‘Dive-in Now’ on your Tata DOCOMO mobile phone.
Select mChek (m-wallet).
Click Option OK to activate.
Create your secret 6-digit mChek PIN.
Register your card no. & follow the instructions.
You will receive an OTP from your bank. Please SMS the OTP received to 59909 e.g SMS “ 123456” to 59909.
Confirmation SMS received, credit card has been added successfully.
