MicroSIM

1. Service Tax as applicable will be charged.
2. Post Data usage limit, browse @ 1p/20MB with the Validity period.
3. Data transfer refers to total data transfer (Upload + Download).
4. The above-mentioned tariffs on the plans are composite rates and are inclusive of Interconnect Usage charges.
5. All mentioned speeds will depend on multiple factors - like time of the day, number of simultaneous users, website accessed, geographical region and climatic conditions, etc.
6. All speeds to be measured till first point of aggregation as per TRAI guidelines.
7. Voice and Video Calling is not available with this plans.
8. All the claims in respect of the working/non working of 3G Wireless broadband device shall lie only against the manufaturer and not against TTSL. Also the customer understands the fulfillment of the warranty obligations is the responsibility of the manufacturer.
9. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction "circle registered office location" only.

National Roaming

1. Tata DOCOMO 3G Wireless Broadband will work on Tata DOCOMO 3G network wherever available.
2. The data plans would be applicable as is, for On-Net roaming on Tata DOCOMO network (2G and 3G).
3. When roaming Off-Net on 2G / 3G networks, the data plans will not be applicable and existing roaming rates of 10p/10kb will be applicable.

International Roaming

1. Tata DOCOMO 3G Wireless Broadband will work while on International roaming wherever Tata DOCOMO has 3G roaming agreement, wherever 3G network is not available the 3G Wireless Broadband will work on 2G network.
2. 3G Off-Net Roaming is not available. Customer will get 2G speed on roaming and will be charged @ 10p/10kb.
