Q. How can I subscribe to the service ?
A. To subscribe to this service you will have to dial
53333900 (Toll Free) from your tata docomo mobile phone, after dialing this service a interactive window will appear on user’s mobile phone screen guiding through the process of subscription (in case of a new user) and browsing (in case of subscribed user)
Q. What are the subscription charges ?
A. There are 3 levels of subscription packs segregated according to the price points hence reflecting the same to the duration of the subscription and the number of minutes of browsing time in the application. These packs are:
- Rs.21 for 7 days / 11 mins of browsing time
- Rs.51 for 30 days / 31 mins of browsing time
- Rs.101 for 30 days / 101 mins of browsing time
Q. Where do these astro forecasts come from ?
A. Astro forecast are provided by the best in the field and renowned astrologers, this ensures authenticity of forecasts. Astologers like
“Prem Kumar Sharma” being one of them.
Q. If my mins are over how do I re-subscribe ?
A. The subscription pack expires in event where any of the 2 happens early,
- Duration of the pack is over – If incase user has subscribed for a 7 day pack & consumes x minutes from the pack minutes, the benefit ends on the 7th day & user is re-subscribed to the pack on the 8th day, unless user un-subscribes. No minutes are carried forward.
- Browsing time is over – If consumer consumes all pack minutes before validity expires, a screen prompt will appear telling the user about the expired subscription, asking user to subscribe again. If he doesn’t subscribe again at that point of time, he will get re-subscribed at the end of the validity period unless he unsubscribes.
The user can re-subscribe to the application by dialing 53333900 again or calling the TRai IVVR.
Q. Will i be subscribed only for a astro updated for a specific zodiac sign ?
A. You will be able to access astro forecast for all the zodiac signs with the help of easy user friendly navigation.
Q. How would I know, which subscription pack am I subscribed to ?
A. You can do so by selecting and accessing “My Account” section , this section will tell you the pack that you have subscribed to.
Q. How can I Un-subscribe from the application ?
A. You can unsubscribe from the application by going to the “My Account” section and selecting the unsubscribe button.
